Apex Car Rentals is an emerging leader in the e-commerce/travel industry and the largest Off Airport Car rental operator in Australasia. Apex has 15 car rental branches conveniently located throughout New Zealand, with 10 locations currently in Australia. Branches are located at the main airport locations and are complimented by city and regional locations throughout the countries.

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative, based at our Auckland City Branch, on a permanent full time basis. This role is a customer facing position, for 40 hours per week across a 7 day roster. Roster details will be discussed at an interview.

The main objective of this role is to ensure customers are dealt with efficiently and professionally and the service and vehicles presented to our customers, are to the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Valid full NZ Driving licence
  • Previous relevant customer service experience
  • Must be able to work in a team as well of off own initiative
  • Dedicated worker with a strong working ethic
  • Computer proficient
  • Fluent level of written and spoken English
  • Ability to build rapport and establish & maintain professional relationships
